bull terriers as well as incredible male pitbull
dogs. Because high quality thick and bully female american
pit bulls are difficult to obtain, many pit
bull kennels are forced to breed taller or thinner headed female
pit bull dogs to their thicker male blue
pit bulls. So, the pit bull dogs produced
from breedings like this are going to have half lanky genes and half
thick genes. The problem is that since lanky or especially thinner
headed pit bull dogs genes seem to usually
be dominant, the pitbull puppies produced
by those breedings tended to turn out a lot more like the thinner
dam than the thick and bully sire.
In short, if you are wanting to produce, or purchase pit
bull breeds that consistently produce the same type of dogs, BOTH
parents, their siblings, and preferably all four grandparents should
be the kind of american pit bulls you are
looking for. That way you know that the kind of american
pit bull puppy you want are most likely the only kind of pit
bulls for sale you are going to get. This approach will almost
always consistently get you the kind of pit
bull dogs you want, no matter what kind of pit
bull breeds you are actually interested in getting.
With many pit bull kennels in the world today,
the males are typically much thicker and bullier than the females
are from that same family or litter. This is very common with red
pit bulls or also known as red nose pit
bull and is also why it's so much more difficult to get thick
bully female pits than it is to get thick
